Collect from Gmail
The planned connection would look for supplier invoice attachments under a label you choose, then save originals to your private Google Drive.
Your supplier invoices are in Gmail. Your books are somewhere else. Stop making yourself the connection between the two.
Planned €9/month · No card · Not available yet
This test is for solo business owners and bookkeepers who regularly receive supplier invoices by email and prepare a spreadsheet for their accountant. Downloading, renaming and retyping every attachment creates repetitive work. The proposed product would own the handoff from the incoming document to a record you have reviewed.
The planned connection would look for supplier invoice attachments under a label you choose, then save originals to your private Google Drive.
Extract supplier, invoice number, dates, amounts, currency and tax. Review uncertain fields before approving the record; no silent accounting decisions.
Send approved records to Google Sheets, preserve the original link and show failed items in a retry queue rather than losing them.
Planned first scope: Gmail, PDF and image supplier invoices, your private Google Drive, eight invoice fields, duplicate checks, review and retry, and Google Sheets. No bank reconciliation, tax filing, line-item extraction, payment initiation or receipt processing in the first version.
Today, Repondea Invoice CSV can extract eight fields and export a CSV after you check them. A configurable n8n workflow also exists. Inbox Ledger would be a separate managed experience; that product is not built yet. You can try the existing extractor without joining this list.
