Invoice CSV privacy
Updated : 05/10/2026
Your account
We store your email, access language and acquisition source, account verification date, hashed access links, session and API keys, page usage counters, processing cost and Stripe customer/subscription references. The session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Access links are single-use and expire after 30 minutes. There is no automatic account expiry.
Your documents
Your invoice is transmitted over HTTPS and processed in memory. PDFs are temporarily written in a private directory to render their pages; this directory is removed before the reading response. We send document images to OpenRouter and its reading provider. Repondea does not store the uploaded document or extracted fields in its database or application logs. The original and edited fields remain in your browser tab while you review. Closing or reloading the tab clears that workspace; your downloaded CSV is on your device.
OpenRouter and the selected reading provider apply their own processing and retention terms. We do not promise zero retention by third parties or a specific processing country. Do not upload a document that your policy forbids you from sending to this service.
Recipients and operation
Our server is hosted by OVH. Gmail delivers requested access emails. Stripe processes subscriptions and card information; we do not store card details. Technical access logs include request time, IP address, path and response status, but not invoice bodies. Logs rotate; database backups may retain account and usage data after deletion from the live system. No invoice contents are included in these backups.
Your choice
You can revoke your API key or replace it from your account, and manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe. For access, correction or account deletion, contact [email protected] from your account email. We confirm the request and remove live account data; legal billing records and rotated backups may persist. The n8n workflow has its own execution storage, controlled by your n8n instance.
