Your documents do not become a stored history
The file is sent to a reading service through OpenRouter. Repondea processes it to return a response, then deletes its temporary files. We do not store the invoice or extracted fields. Your account keeps page counters and subscription details. The reading provider applies its own retention terms.

Before uploading an invoice
Can I trust it without reading the original?
Reading can be wrong, even with a clear document. Fields are suggestions. Export in the browser requires confirmation after comparing them with the source. We do not claim a general accuracy rate.
What if an amount is missing or does not match?
Ambiguous fields may remain empty. Inconsistent totals, malformed dates or missing required fields trigger a warning. Correct from the original; the tool does not invent missing amounts.
Which documents are supported?
One supplier invoice per file: an unencrypted PDF with one to three pages, or a PNG/JPEG up to 5 MB. Quotes, receipts, statements and invoice batches are rejected. Blurry scans or separate tax details may require manual correction.
Does this replace accounting software?
You get a preparation CSV. No accounting entry, tax filing, bank sync or payment is performed. Line items are not extracted in this first version.
Do I need a model API key for n8n?
No. A verified account lets you create a revocable Repondea key using the same quota as the website. The free workflow contains no secret and sends nothing to accounting software.
